La Quinta
La Quinta is located in Benahavís municipality, within what is known as the ‘Golden Triangle’ real estate area. The residential community was developed around the prestigious Westin La Quinta Golf and Country Club, with its superb amenities including the exclusive 27-hole golf course, golf academy and driving range. Nestling on the gentle slopes of the Andalucian hills, this area offers peace and tranquillity and the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of this area. There are hills walks aplenty, where hardly a soul can be encountered – and yet, just a 10-minute drive away, lie the superb amenities of the bustling Costa del Sol coast. Neighbouring La Quinta is perhaps the most popular residential area in Marbella. This low-rise community is laid around the famous golf courses that have given the area the local nickname of Golf Valley. The Golden Mile
This iconic area, running either side of the avenue that connects Puerto Banús to Marbella, is the location for some of the most prestigious real estate in Marbella.
