Solvilla is a property developer and advisor based on Marbella's Golden Mile, specialising in contemporary homes across the Costa del Sol's most sought-after addresses: the Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca, Cascada de Camoján, Nueva Andalucía and La Quinta. Behind Solvilla’s achievements is a dedicated international team of property advisors, architects, project managers and marketing specialists united by the same commitment to quality and success. With more than 500 transactions completed and total sales exceeding €3 billion, Solvilla is involved in many of the region’s most significant property deals.
Our History

Founded in Marbella in 2013 by Torgeir Wemmestad-Haaland and Willy Dahl, Solvilla entered the market with a developer's mindset rather than a traditional agency approach.
What began as a boutique operation focused on contemporary villas in Nueva Andalucía has grown into Marbella's most successful luxury real estate firm by transaction volume.
In 2021, Solvilla completed 123 villa transactions totalling €488 million. In 2022, that figure rose to €505 million — a new benchmark for luxury real estate in Spain at the time. 2025 marked a new record: 92 transactions for a combined value of €527,676,170, with an average sale price of €5,735,611.
Today, Solvilla is led by CEO & Partner Stacy Welch and COO & Managing Director Daniel Tienda, alongside Torgeir Wemmestad-Haaland, supported by a dedicated team of property advisors, architects, project managers and marketing specialists, all operating from the historic Marbella Mile.
