As Office Manager, she oversees daily operations, providing the structure and stability that keep the business running smoothly. Known internally as the backbone of the company, her organisational precision, composure under pressure, and attention to detail uphold the standards Solvilla is known for.

A Foreign Languages graduate, Leyla entered real estate in 2005 and built her career at some of Marbella's most respected agencies, including a four-year stint at one of the region's leading firms. She has also held positions at major international construction, development, and property management companies, among them Hines, giving her a well-rounded perspective across the property industry.

Proactive and solution-focused, Leyla handles complex situations with calm efficiency. Fluent in several languages, she communicates easily with Solvilla's international clients and ensures a consistent, professional experience across the board.
