About Daniel Tienda
Daniel holds a Law degree from Autonoma University of Madrid with a specialisation in International Business Law from K.U.Leuven. He also holds a Master in International and Business Law from I.E.B. (Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles in Madrid), giving him a comprehensive understanding of the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions with a strong cross-border expertise.
Daniel started his career in the cabinet of the former Member of the European Parliament and Deputy President of the European Parliament's Committee on Economic & Monetary Affairs and former Foreign Minister of Spain, where he gained valuable experience working with European institutions on the economics, monetary and budget policies. For the last ten years, he led the Real Estate Practice at Cases & Lacambra; one of the leading international law firms in Spain with special focus on foreign investors.
As COO of Solvilla, Daniel is responsible for leading the strategic and sustainable growth of the company within the framework of the transformation of the Spanish Luxury Real Estate market. His professional trajectory, legal expertise, investors' cross-border experience and leadership skills make him a reliable partner for Solvilla's investors including funds, family offices and private equity firms seeking to invest in the Spanish luxury real estate market.
