Pelayo Hevia y Menéndez

Pelayo was born and raised in Gijón (Asturias) and moved to Bilbao at 18 to complete a Double Degree in Business Administration and Law at Deusto Business School. During his studies, he participated in investment and consulting clubs, contributed to TEDxUDeusto as legal team manager, and completed both a volunteer program in France and an ESG-focused finance program.

After graduating, he joined EY-Parthenon in Madrid (2022–2026) within the Strategy and Transactions division. Following a rotation across multiple teams, he specialised in Valuations, Modelling & Economics, working on company valuations, transaction processes, and Purchase Price Allocation (PPA).

Since 2025, Pelayo has been pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate Financial Modelling and Valuation at IEB. He currently works at Solvilla as a Real Estate Development Associate, focusing on financial analysis of development investments and supporting legal matters.
