Elena Martinez Spruyt

Elena is a young professional passionate about luxury customer experience and digital strategy. While completing her degree in Global Marketing Management at ESIC University, she began her career in luxury hospitality at Ocean Club Marbella, where she worked for four seasons as a receptionist, building strong expertise in guest relations and customer service. She later joined METT Hotel & Beach Resort Marbella Estepona as a Guest Experience Ambassador, further developing her ability to deliver personalized experiences in fast-paced luxury environments.

In 2025, she started a Master’s in Digital Marketing at UNIR while gaining hands-on experience in the Marketing Department at Puente Romano Marbella and Nobu Hotel Marbella. Her work included copywriting, newsletter and landing page management, campaign analysis, budget tracking, photoshoot coordination, and organising itineraries for press and influencers, giving her a versatile profile that combines creativity with operational and analytical skills.

She now collaborates with Solvilla under contract with Rival Real Estate, supporting the marketing team across events, outdoor advertising, and photoshoots, while also contributing to other key marketing operations such as copywriting support, newsletter distribution, and CRM management
