David, with Armenian roots, was born and raised in Moscow before moving to Spain over 10 years ago. With a growing passion for real estate and an ever-expanding knowledge of the property market, David has developed his expertise through hands-on experience collaborating with Solvilla.

His background in economics provides him with a solid foundation for understanding the financial aspects of the real estate business, and his experience supporting senior brokers has sharpened his organisational and strategic skills. Currently working closely alongside Georges Rabbat, one of Solvilla's leading real estate professionals, David brings structure and precision to every transaction.
