He is an Economics graduate from the esteemed University of St Andrews and University College of London (UCL). Prior to collaborating with Solvilla, Ruslan spent over 13 years working in various industries, including finance and politics. He started his career at Citi before spending five years consulting a former Vice Prime Minister on economic and business matters.
