Los Olivos 14 is a contemporary five-bedroom villa set within the gated community of Haza del Conde in Nueva Andalucía. Built in 2019 and arranged across four levels, the property offers 485 m² of interior space on a 1,286 m² plot, complemented by 308 m² of terraces. Its south-west orientation, private garden and generous outdoor areas make the most of Marbella’s climate, while the elevated setting opens towards the surrounding landscape.
The main living areas are defined by volume and natural light. A double-height dining space forms the architectural centre of the home, with full-height glazing and large sliding doors connecting the interiors directly to the terraces and pool. The adjoining kitchen is open and functional, built around a substantial island and warm wood cabinetry, while the living room introduces a more relaxed atmosphere through natural stone, soft neutral finishes and carefully placed lighting. Across the house, the design remains clean and restrained rather than overly formal.
