Where are the best areas to buy a villa in Marbella?
Marbella's villa market is spread across a handful of areas, each with its own character. Benahavís has the largest selection, close to a hundred villas in gated estates such as La Zagaleta, El Madroñal and Los Flamingos. Nueva Andalucía, the Golf Valley behind Puerto Banús, follows with around seventy villas around Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha. The Golden Mile holds some forty villas between Marbella town and Puerto Banús, including Sierra Blanca and the beachside estates around Puente Romano. Further west, Estepona, Casares and Finca Cortesín offer newer villas with more land for the money, and east of town Marbella East and Los Monteros combine beach access with quieter living.
How much does a villa in Marbella cost?
